Normally if you mouse over, and pause the mouse on a line, a timestamp of the line appears in a tooltip at the mouse's position.

However, if PotatoMU is running on a second screen, mousing over a line in the buffer will put the tooltip on the primary display.

The expected behavior is that the timestamp should appear at the cursor's position regardless of the display that potato MU is current positioned in.
