Description
This PR introduces improvements to the template by implementing the Rust sync client for better sync performance and OPFS which is better overall. There was also a linting issue which has also been fixed. I also want to use this as quick test env across different platforms, OS's and devices, so I deployed it to Railway and connected it to a PowerSync Cloud instance.
