What is the current behavior?
Using ContingencyList.load(path) on json contingency lists only works if the list is a DefaultContingencyList and for no other type of contingency list.
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
It is now possible to load all json contingency lists (identifier, list of lists...) using ContingencyList.load()
