Can't update driver on MacOS: Monterey #2926

I can't update the driver. I have tried the following steps.

Open Preferences
Press Deactivate driver button
Restart MacOS
Open Preferences and get the same alert message

Karabiner: 14.3.0
MacOS: 12.0.1
