Problem description
PR pravega/pravega-tools#75 added the necessary changes to the Pravega CLI to work with security enabled. Once we merge PR #5065, we need to port these changes to the new CLI location. Also, we need to extend the security functionality to the new User CLI.

Problem location
Pravega CLI.

Suggestions for an improvement
Port security changes to Admin CLI and extend them to User CLI.
