Describe the bug
There are system tests which fail with java.lang.AssertionError: Failing test due to Pravega pod restart. This issue is causing systems test cases to fail and makes the system looks unstable. It is also intermittent in nature.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Hard to reproduce as it is intermittent and can be seen sometimes when running the system test.
