Add file extensions for modern fortran #327

The standard file extension for modern fortran is f90
(or F90). f95, f03 and f08 are less popular but still valid.

Extensions f, for, ftn, etc for fixed-form fortran are
not included.

See the GNU fortran page for an explanation of standard fortran file extensions.
