[feature-request] Create auditing process on pREST #278

It would be nice to have an auditing feature on pREST that records who does what on the system. Basically it would log everything it does with more metadata in another table (possibly another data base) in order to allow one to see who has done what on the system.

I think that is a bad idea. I don't like of pREST be responsible by a feature of "database team".

Could be a nice idea to create a new middleware (by pREST user) or use notify feature from postgresql.

@kemelzaidan there are a PostgreSQL extension called PGAudit for this purpose. See: https://www.pgaudit.org/
