Unable to edit CFP content

There is no save button on the cfp/text page.

Expected Behavior

Being be to modify, and save, the CFP details

Current Behavior

It is possible to enter content, but not to save it.

Possible Solution

Add a save button.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Create a new CFP
2. Go on https://[domain]/orga/event/[event_name]/cfp/text
3. Modify & save the changes

• Operating System and version: Ubuntu 17.10 / Server: Ubuntu 16.04 with python 3.6
