Expected Behavior

In https://pretalx.example.com/orga/event/<slug>/speakers there's a button to “Mark speaker as arrived” which is always active when this button should only be active beginning a few days before the conference.

Current Behavior

That button is always active.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Be happy that you got a submission for your conference.
  2. Have a look at the speakers page. https://pretalx.example.com/orga/event/<slug>/speakers
  3. In the list of speakers admire the “Mark speaker as arrived” buttons, buttons everywhere.
  4. There is no step 4.

Context

I'm trying to prevent team members from pressing the shiny buttons which may mark a speaker as arrived, months before the event actually starts. When the event finally arrives it might mistakenly show a speaker as arrived when they're actually still stuck in an airplane getting obducted by aliens.

Your Environment

  • Version used: pretalx 0.6.1
  • Environment name and version (e.g. Chrome 39, python 3.5): python 3.6, Chromium 68.0.3429.0
  • Operating System and version (desktop or mobile): macOS 10.12.6 Sierra (Desktop)
  • Link to your instance, if in production: https://conference.c3w.at/
