Expected Behavior
If a mandatory question (a checkbox in this case) is not answered, a click on the "next" button in the talk submission form should either show an error message or highlight the question to be answered (e.g. red font colour, bold font or different background colour)
Current Behavior
If a mandatory question (a checkbox in this case) is not answered and the user hits the the "next" button, nothing happens.
This bug has been reported by another user and I can reproduce it.
