Check event domains before just adding them #589

The frontend domains should have a valid DNS record. If the record points to a different place from the current setup, a warning should be shown (this will work okay for HTML exports, but all interactive features, and hence all speaker pages, won't be present there, so speaker emails will be broken).

Checking an event domain could mean two things. Does it have NS records? Does it point to the correct location?

Since configuring the correct location (especially with multiple addresses, etc) would be a hassle, we'll just check the existence of DNS records for now.
