Current Behavior

A submission that went from accepted to withdrawn but was already added in the schedule isn't removed neither from the schedule nor from the list of submissions to add to the schedule

Expected Behavior

When a submission is withdrawn, it should not be visible anymore on the schedule interface

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a submission
  2. Accept it
  3. Move it somewhere in the schedule
  4. Withdrawn the talk

I'd assume it is automatically removed from the scheduling interface.

Context

I wanted to have all the potential talks listed on the schedule to figure out how many more we could accept.

Your Environment

  • Version used: v1.0.3

Hm, interesting, I know that this worked at some point.

I can try that again, I also published a first version of the agenda (that's when the speaker mailed us), so there are a few moving parts there and I'm not 100% sure how to reproduce.

Ah, drat – the appropriate action was only taken when withdrawing via the backend.
