Plunkr Case (Bug Reports)

Current behavior
If the BlockUI is enabled only the current view is blocked, but I can scroll down and interact with elements below the original view.


Expected behavior
Either prohibit scrolling or block also scrollable content.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

BlockUI should prohibit all user interactions.
