Spoke is a Sublime plugin for GitHub that opens all the files in a pull request.

Instructions:

Make sure you are in the respository & directory you would like to edit, and that your working directory is clean (check with git status).

Press CTRL + SHIFT + R in Sublime. This will open a prompt field at the bottom of your window.

Enter the number of your pull request in the prompt field and PREPARE TO BE CONVENIENCED.
