Description

• Change viterbi algorithm of
  hmm_lib_log.py according to its distrax implementation
• Add tests written for viterbi algorithm by distrax(https://github.com/deepmind/distrax/blob/master/distrax/_src/utils/hmm_test.py)
• Remove hmm_lib.py
• Refactor hmm_lillypad_demo.py
• Move contents of hmm_lib_test.py into hmm_discrete_lib_test
