Foundation libraries disapear from CM after restart #3659

Repro:

  • Open Contribution Manager.
  • Install Music or Video libraries.
  • Libraries install ok and show up on list.
  • Restart processing.
  • Music and Video don't show up as installed anymore.

I also got this stack trace as I was doing this:
