internal texture copy does not update immediately #4404

The Texture.copyTexture() method uses PGL.drawTexture() to copy a texture into another, however, the gl calls inside drawTexture() are not executed immediately, which might cause artifacts if the destination texture is subsequently modified in an are being copied over with the source texture (situation that takes place in font textures).
