I think I prefer the term "AssetManager" to "ResourceManager".

I will likely put this in Proem\Api\Asset

In order to make this component as memory efficient as possible I have decided to implement it an such a way as to store dependency containers.

I have begun prototyping a solution, see here: https://gist.github.com/1600497

These containers are lightweight objects designed to create an actual asset when the asset is first requested and not before.

Previously this Resource or Asset manager was to be a storage mechanism for actual instantiated objects, this is no longer the case.
