EditingPane improvements

• Showing/hiding the EditingPane needs to refresh the room screen.
• the EditingPane's animation that slides it out of view does not adequately result in the underlying RoomScreen content being re-shown properly. There can be just empty white space until the user scrolls/touches the timeline view in some manner.
