Using: Trident-x64-20180831.iso

Downloaded and copied (via dd) to USB thumbdrive.
Booted OK on Lenovo T530 as da0
Installed OK on da1, a USB harddrive (Toshiba USB 3.0)
On reboot, selected Toshiba USB from boot menu
"Missing boot loader"

Ok, pilot error. I switched the BIOS setting Startup -> UEFI/Legacy Boot to "Both" and set UEFI/Legacy Boot Priority to "UEFI First" (along with CSM Support "Yes").

Boots fine now.
