On the Download page, add in the instructions for migrating to Project Trident from other FreeBSD-based operating systems:

TrueOS 18.03 "desktop edition"
TrueOS 18.06+
GhostBSD
FreeBSD

Closing ticket. Have some migration tips on the download page already, but there is no official migration path for some of those older versions.
