When I click New Activity (or really any selection) from the Hamster Indicator, the window that pops up is frequently behind other windows. Needless to say, this is inconvenient.

I'm running Ubuntu 13.10 with Time Tracker 2.91.3.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

i can suggest contacting the developer of the hamster indicator applet thingy
as for the version - an upgrade wouldn't hurt, this branch should be fine:

I remember seeing this issue too when I ran the AppIndicator under Ubuntu. Not sure if it was an AppIndicator issue or not...

Does anyone know if there a github project for the hamster AppIndicator (developer's site: http://albertomilone.com/)? If the developer is still active (and agrees to it) it would be useful to include it as part of the hamster project as per the shell extension and cinnamon applets
