We don't list this in every repo of the Prometheus org, so I'm not sure we need to go to the effort of doing that in this org. |

I'd assume that most people looking for a code of conduct in this project, wouldn't search for it in another project and instead just assume it doesn't exist. That's why IMHO this should be clarified by explicitly providing a code of conduct file. |

LGTM, I agree, we should probably propagate this to all the projects.
We could add this to the both that syncs the Makefile.common changes.

This code of conduct is simply copied from
prometheus/prometheus.I assume the same Code of Conduct applies here anyway, so this PR basically just adds clarification.
