As of prometheus/common#11 and #1180 Prometheus is no longer cross-compiling on Windows.

The error is:

# github.com/prometheus/prometheus/vendor/github.com/prometheus/common/log
../gopath/src/github.com/prometheus/prometheus/vendor/github.com/prometheus/common/log/syslog_formatter.go:15: undefined: syslog.Writer
