Context

Two alert definitions, both with the same alertname, only difference is a threshold and a different severity label.

ALERT FooBaar
IF foo_bar > 1
LABELS { severity = "warning" }

ALERT FooBaar
IF foo_bar > 5
LABELS { severity = "critical" }

Expected

In /alerts I'll see two different alert sets, one for timeseries > 1 and the warning label and one with timeseries > 5 and the critical label.

Observed

There are two alert groups in /alerts, but both have always the same set of active alerts. Sometimes warning group is missing alerts, sometimes active alerts for a value < 5 shows up in critical.
