Prevent stacking of scrapes for same target #181

Scrapes that time out are abandoned, but can still keep running in the background, unaccounted for. Thus, an infinite amount of them can run in parallel until Prometheus blows up. This needs to be prevented by properly ending scrape goroutines when they reach their timeout.
