I suspect that the root cause is #1807
What did you do?
Upgraded to v1.0.1, reverting to 0.2.0 "fixes" the problem.
What did you expect to see?
Just the labels that I added to the alerts
What did you see instead? Under which circumstances?
I'm seeing name added to all of my alerts (which also flow into Alertmanager)

System information:
Prometheus and Alertmanager docker container
Prometheus version:
v1.0.1
Alertmanager version:
v0.3.0
