Optimize getValuesAtIntervalOp by skipping past last seen sample #237

After getValuesAtIntervalOp extracts samples t0 and t2 for a given target time t1, it should at least advance its current time past t2 for the next extraction run. Otherwise (when the op interval is smaller than the samples interval) we just search again and again for more points that don't exist.
