TieredStorage.renderView: Should Request diskFrontier or seriesFrontier ONLY IF an Expression Requests Outside of Memory Range #264

For TieredStorage.renderView, we get the diskFrontier once and the seriesFrontier for all fingerprints. We should get these only if a query requests something outside of the memory range.
