It would be useful to have the context accessible from the ValueAtOrBeforeTime/RangeValues methods for alternate storage backends.

With cortex we are creating a lazy iterator where ValueAtOrBeforeTime/RangeValues will trigger network IO. cortexproject/cortex#442
