Currently the only way to see what meta labels a target has is to hover over the labels on the target status page, a quick hack I added a long time ago so that we'd have something.
What I think a proper solution would look like would be a page/pages that showed all targets received from SD with their labels, and then what the resultant labels were or that they got filtered. Indicating dupes would also be handy.
