"make promu" fails on linux/arm64

What did you do?

Attempt to build prometheus on arm64 per package instructions.

What did you expect to see?

Build success.

What did you see instead? Under which circumstances?

# make promu
>> fetching promu
cmd/go: unsupported GOOS/GOARCH pair linux/aarch64
Makefile:89: recipe for target 'promu' failed
make: *** [promu] Error 2

Environment

linux/arm64 Packet Type 2A2 (Hisilicon Hi1616) server.

Linux 4.12.13 aarch64

The offending code in the Prometheus Makefile reads

promu:
        @echo ">> fetching promu"
        @GOOS=$(shell uname -s | tr A-Z a-z) \
        GOARCH=$(subst x86_64,amd64,$(patsubst i%86,386,$(shell uname -m))) \
        GO="$(GO)" \
        $(GO) get -u github.com/prometheus/promu

and I suspect the subst command needs a tweak to have it map aarch64 to arm64.
