Allow matching labels by regex #364

It would be very useful if one could match labels against regular expressions, like:

http_requests{endpoint="^/test/.*"}

There'd need to be some indicator of when a match is a regex match. E.g. it could use a Perl-style =~ comparison op or enclose the string not in normal quotes, but in slashes.
