What did you do?

I use prom/prometheus image to run my prometheus, when I change the config file, I want to hot reload server with http request.

What did you expect to see?
no way to hot reload server with /-/reload API.

Environment

• Prometheus version:

  prom/prometheus:v2.2.1

This is disabled by default for security reasons, so it'd be inappropriate to change that default for one packaging method. You can still use a HUP, or override it locally.
