Prometheus.yml configuration(I haven't changed anything):

  when I change targets['localhost:9090'] to targets: ['192.168.1.170:9090']，Still as error as before.

what should I do?
It's normal in the morning，when I want change static IP,it's wrong.Is it because of Ip？
