Github flavored markdown allow code blocks with syntax hightlight by using the following construct:

```ruby
require 'redcarpet'
markdown = Redcarpet.new("Hello World!")
puts markdown.to_html
```

It should be nice to have support for this in the preview.

Good call. We'd really like to have this. Not only for the preview, but also for the editor, as CodeMirror supports most languages out of the box. Luckily marked the markdown parser we're using annotates appropriately so we can run the preview through a syntax highlighter, such as Rainbow.

<code class="lang-js">var surface = new Surface({
  el: '#content'
});</code>

@maxogden you wanna help out here? :P

Understand the use case, but we're going to get back to the basics of doing markdown well for now. May revisit in the future. See #295
