If using Prose with Jekyll, any path that contains _posts should, by default, be sorted reverse alphabetically, which would sort posts reverse chronologically, the way most users would expect to see them.
The one complication, would be a site that has a _posts folder, with categoried sub folders. The above logic would reverse sort the categories, which would be strange.
Perhaps if the folder contains only files with the format NNNN-NN-NN-xyz reverse sort?
This should be easier to implement in the backbone branch using a comparator in Files collection.
