No UI. Run the program to cycle through the default Windows audio devices. Each time you run it, the default Windows audio device will change to the next available device. To exclude devices from the cycle, disable them.

I bind the program to a macro key on my keyboard so I don't have to leave my fullscreen program to switch to/from headphones.

This is a minor release to statically link the platform goo instead of dynamically linking, so folks don't need the MSVCR120.dll present on their system. No other code changes.
