`pry --no-color` doesn't work in certain conditions #693

By certain conditions I mean the situation when I have Pry.color = true in my .pryrc and try to launch pry with --no-color flag.

~/.pryrc

Pry.color = true
~/code[master]% pry
[1] pry(main)> Pry.color
=> true

~/code[master]% pry --no-color
[1] pry(main)> Pry.color
=> true

So the problem is that .pryrc takes higher precedence over command-line flags.

~/.pryrc

# Empty.
~/code[master]% pry
[1] pry(main)> Pry.color
=> true

~/code[master]% pry --no-color
[1] pry(main)> Pry.color
=> false

Probably, above-said applies to other command-line flags too.
