Pull Request description

This PR Will Upload OPL Artifacts to a Mega account, (Idea from @TnA-Plastic).

The folder structure is simple:

OPL
├───Pre-Release
│   └───${{ steps.version.outputs.version }}
│           OPNPS2LD.7z
│
└───Release
    └───${{ steps.version.outputs.version }}
            OPNPS2LD.7z

This PR isn't functional yet!!!
Two GitHub secrets are needed:
PASSWORD = mega account password
USERNAME = mega e-mail account

Now we have an official OPL revision Backup-place! This is great to refer to, if someone wants to find out the exact version once something broke.
