Psi+ sends presence with <show>online</show> #724

Apparently Psi+ is sending presences with the value of show being 'online'. This is not allowed (see rfc6121).

I'm not sure, if this issue has been fixed in more recent versions, but Smack keeps getting bug reports because of this (here or here).

I can't track this from the code as well as don't see this in xml console. So most likely it's fixed already.
