Automatic multicast IP MAC conversion #192

When specifying a multicast IP address the corresponding MAC address should be automatically computed and used as the DMAC for the transmitted frame.
If a DMAC is specified by the user then this user value should override the auto computed value. This allows for the generation of 'broken' multicast for testing purposes.
