Process drone disconnection during apply #326

If drone crashes or is killed due to some reason while it's processing all the RPCs it receives as part of a client side Apply operation, the client is left hanging and the only thing you can do is kill and restart the client.
It would be good to process the drone connection or provide some other graceful way to handle this situation.
