Transmission won't stop if in interleaved mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. put port in an interleaved mode
2. start transmission
3. in a while try to stop it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it supposed to stop
instead it shows the transmission is on

What version and revision of the product are you using (available in the
About dialog)? On what operating system?
ubuntu 12.04, windows 7, ostinato 0.5
