excerpt from a evaluation feedback regarding the first run of this workshop in March 2017

There was a big leap from basic terminal use to parallel programming. I think the workshop should focus on one or the other end (or split in two workshops ;). I’ve also missed examples of how to run programs that already have a --threads option in the cluster. Should we set the number of cores in the program argument or not? Perhaps a couple of examples using existing software (blast or something?) in between hostname and estimate.py can fill this gap.
