PsychToolbox tutorial

Delivered in 2018. Designed to be accessible to undergrads with no prior coding experience. Comprehensive enough to be used for "self-teaching" coding in PsychToolbox.

Session 1 covers the essentials of computation. Session 2 covers computer graphics. Session 3 covers keyboard input, custom functions, and assembling a basic task.

Since then, these materials have been used/adapted (by others) when TAing classes requiring students to code experiments in Matlab/PsychToolbox, with a fair amount of success.

Although I have largely stopped using PsychToolbox these days (2021), I've archived some "starter code" that I once used to program experiments. That repo can be found here. In theory, this starter code should be fully understandable / accessible to people who have completed these tutorials.
