It isn't quite clear how/why files are ever added or change here but some users have found errors of ``` The following untracked working tree files would be overwritten by checkout:\n\tpsychopy/tests/__init__.py\n\tpsychopy/tests/utils.py\nPlease move or remove them before you switch branches.\nAborting\n ```
