Steps to fixe the issue
navigate to
plots2/app/assets/stylesheet/dashboard.css in the public lab projects directory.
Remove the CSS code on lines 219,220,2021 (remove lines 2019 to 2021)
NOTE
After removing the empty rulesets the error highlighted at the bottom of the page should disappear
The error is Don't use empty rulesets ... so it should show no problems have been detected in the workspace so far.
