Add roy to pygments

Pygments is a generic syntax highlighter that GitHub uses. It's hard to read code in browser without proper formatting.

So we need to create a patch and send a pull request to main pygments repo with roy's support.

If anyone needs any help with this, I've got experience with Pygments and wrote the F# lexer:

Not sure if the Pygments guys will be completely happy to take on a language that isn't actually used - should this wait until a Roy application exists?
